The month of December has been unbelievably busy.  I haven't been able to do a lot of extra blogging, so I thought I may take this opportunity to explain how weddings work at Danielle Fields Photography.

I think that we have the best wedding package in the state for several reasons.  1) You get all of the edited images on a disk to print at your convenience, wherever you would like; 2) You get a great photographer for an entire day with no time limits!  3) I take wedding pictures personally!  Seriously, my wedding pictures were terrible and I have no good pictures to show off to my kids, so I will do everything in my power to ensure that you are happy with your pictures;  4)  The price is reasonable and affordable; 5) You get your pictures back in 4 weeks or less.

I could probably name several other good reasons to use my services, but I want to show off some more previews, so I won't.

However, I do want to explain why I don't post a lot of "traditional" pictures on my site or blog, because several people have asked.  The main reason is I really don't like traditional pictures.  I take all of the pictures of family and close friends standing really close and looking beautiful, but the ones that every bride will remember are the unusual, funky pictures of her and her man, so I try to focus on the intimacy between them on their special day.  I also try to give every bride and groom some pictures that they can't get from any other photographer. (Until after, of course, when other photographers copy my work, which really isn't as flattering as people say it should be.  It just irritates the dickens out of me.)

Anyhoo, these are a couple of previews from some recent baby photo shoots!  It's time for me to have some more...these are so cute!

I had so much fun being a part of this wedding!  The entire day was relaxed and calm.  The ceremony at Freedom was absolutely beautiful, especially since it was decorated for Christmas!  The reception was held at the Antebellum Inn, which is such a perfect location.  Jane, the owner, did a spectacular job of preparing the Inn for the guests.  Here are some very late previews!

For those of you who don't know me, photography is just a side job for me...though I am working really hard to make it a more full-time job.  My day job is at GCSU though.  I love meeting new people and getting to know them, which my real job allows for quite a bit.  I met this beautiful couple there!

They were married in the big city of Mansfield, GA, at a beautiful church that the bride's mother and sisters were all married in.  These are some of my favorites from their big day!

I have been so busy the last few weeks, that I haven't been able to post any previews.  Here are a few session previews.  Hopefully, I will have two more wedding previews before Christmas.

Many blessings this Christmas!

I had such a blast this weekend photographing an old high school friend's wedding. While doing my favorite thing, I was able to catch up with several friends who I haven't seen in months if not years. I pray that Ron and Kollin have an awesome honeymoon and many years of bliss beyond their imagination!
